The top Aerospace company of the decade.

Image
For decades the aerospace industry has been dominated by federal organizations, for example, The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)for the USA, Roscosmos for the Russians, and The European Space Agency for the European Union. That all has been changed by one Company, SpaceX. SpaceX headquarters in Hawthorne  Carlifonia. SpaceX  in full   Space Exploration Technologies , Is an  American aerospace company founded in 2002 that helped usher in the era of commercial spaceflight . It was the first private company to successfully launch and return a spacecraft   from Earth orbit   and the first to launch a crewed spacecraft and dock it with the   In   (ISS). Headquarters are in Hawthorne, California . Elon Musk at a Spacex presentation. SpaceX was founded by   Elon Musk in the hopes of revolutionizing the aerospace industry and making affordable spaceflight a reality. The company entered the arena with the  Falcon 1 rocket, a two-stage liquid-fueled craft designed to send

Rocket Labs gives an update on Neutron .

Image
First presented in March 2021 the Neutron rocket is Rocket Labs' next big thing and at the start of this month, we were given an update about the so-called 2050 rocket.  Rocket Lab's plans for its biggest rocket yet promise to take reusability to the next level, complete with a 'Hungry Hippo' nose cone designed for easier recovery and reuse.  A rendering of Neutron deploying its fairings. Neutron will consist of two booster stages. The first stage features an integrated four-blade payload fairing that opens in orbit like a flower to release the second stage carrying the payload. The entire first stage, fairing included, is designed not only to be fully reusable but also to enable almost immediate relaunch. The second stage that delivers payloads to their target orbits is currently expendable.  Peter Beck(CEO of Rocket Labs) unveiled design details of the new medium-lift booster the Neutron rocket in a video briefing on (Dec.2). It is expected to make its first flight in

Spacex changes its first starship orbital launch to January next year.

On Thursday this week, Elon Musk announced at a virtual conference that his future interplanetary vehicle, the starship would have its first orbital test flight in January 2022 because of the pending FAA approvals. So to be honest with you I don't have that much information about this.

Blue Origin and several other companies introduce the orbital reef.

Image
Blue Origin, a private American aerospace manufacturer founded by Jeff Bezos, has announced partnerships with other companies for the development of ‘Orbital Reef’, the world’s first commercial space station. The Idea was shared in a video that was posted on youtube last week and it was said that the first stage would be put into orbit to early 2024 and it would be operation between 2025 to 2030.       Several companies are involved in this project like; Boeing - Science module, station operations, maintenance engineering, crew spacecraft (“Starliner”) Blue Origin - Launch vehicle Sierra Space - maintenance engineering, Station modules   Redwire Space - Microgravity research, development of deployable structures and payload systems Genesis Engineering Solutions - Development of “Single Person Spacecraft” for routine operations and tourist excursions Arizona State University - Research, advisory, and public outreach.

Biotech startups to look out for this October.

1. KANVAS BIOSCIENCE  Kanvas Bioscience   wants to revolutionize microbial research and infectious disease diagnostics with next-generation imaging technology that can provide deeper information on the spatial organization and behavior of microbial communities. The company’s highly multiplexed imaging technology  originates from Cornell University  and uses a two-step process called high phylogenetic resolution microbiome mapping by fluorescence in situ hybridization (HiPR-FISH). HiPR-FISH provides a framework for analyzing the spatial organization of microbial communities in tissues and the environment at single-cell resolution. To locate the microbial communities, the researchers designed oligonucleotide probes that target specific bacteria cells based on the presence of a signature gene sequence and they made another group of probes that label the cells with fluorophores. Then the team used confocal microscopy to light up the fluorescent markers with lasers, and they used machine le

The space industry began to develop after World War II, as rockets entered into the  military and later found civilian applications. The space industry refers to economic activities related to manufacturing components that go into Earth's orbit or beyond, delivering them to different countries. This definition does not exclude certain activities, such as space tourism. The space industry can be described as the companies involved in the space economy and providing goods and services  to  space.                                                            The Saturn V rocket launched the Apollo 11 astronauts in 1961. SpaceX:  Space Exploration Technologies Corporation (SpaceX), is an American aerospace manufacturer and space transportation services company with its headquarters in Hawthorne, California. It was founded in 2002 by Elon Musk to reduce space transportation costs to enable the colonization of Mars. SpaceX has developed several launch vehicles, the Starlink satellite con

ULA Launches NASA's Lucy from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida

ULA's Atlas V rocket launched The Lucy satellite which is named after a fossilized ancesto r  whose skeleton provided unique insight into humanity's evolution. Likewise, the Lucy mission will revolutionize our knowledge of planetary origins and the formation of the solar system. The satellite was launched on Complex 41 at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station Florida. It is going to explore the Trojan asteroids associated with Jupiter and will be the first mission to approach the asteroids.                   A rendering of the spacecraft by passing an asteroid. Lucy is the first spacecraft designed to visit and observe these asteroids, which are remnants from the early days of our solar system. The mission will help researchers effectively peer back in time to learn how the solar system formed 4.5 billion years ago. Lucy's 12-year mission could also help scientists learn how our planets ended up in their current spots.      AtlasV rocket launching off   Complex 41 at the
